Boost for Nzoia FC as Governor Lusaka donates balls ahead of Gor clash

Nzoia Sugar FC received a major boost ahead of their mid week match against Gor Mahia after Bungoma governor Kenneth Lusaka donated 20 balls to the team.

Lusaka who has been giving the Nzoia FC team personal support also promised to continue helping the team in a bid to boost talents among local youths.

The governor had promised the team balls following a request from their Chairman Evans Kadenge.

Kadenge, a son of legendary footballer Joe Kadenge, asked Governor Lusaka to aid the team balls for training.

“We thank Governor for the support he has accorded the team; he promised us 20 balls when we played AFC Leopards, here at Sudi Stadium. Today the promise has been fulfilled. Ahsante sana Governor,” Kadenge said.

He also appreciated Lusaka for buying a sumptuous lunch for the Nzoia boys to motivate them as they square with Gor Mahia on 8th March 2023 at Sudi Stadium.

They have e pledged to beat Gor Mahia to firmly remain in contention for the Kenya Premier League trophy.
