President Uhuru Kenyatta fortuitously hints release of KCPE

President Uhuru Kenyatta has hinted that the Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) examination results could be released on Monday November 19, 2018.

Speaking during the unveiling of Gachororo PCEA Church in Juja on Sunday, President Kenyatta said “and when we will announce the results tomorrow” before realizing his error and pulling back much to the amusement of the crowd, saying “ah, now what have I said?”

President Kenyatta said that every pupil will have the secondary school enrollment letters before Christmas celebrations.

“When we will announce the results, I want to tell our children that because we know you did your best, do not be afraid just because you attained a particular grade because, like I said, the most important thing is that everyone who sat the Standard 8 exam will be admitted to Form One,” said the President Kenyatta.

The President reiterated that his administration will continue to covering education expenses for students. He also challenged the parents to prepare early and keep their children healthy.
