Ranieri to replace the sacked Slavisa Jokanovic at Fulham

Fulham sacked Slavisa JokanovicClaudio Ranieri, who guided Leicester to the Premier League title in 2016 has replaced the sacked manager Slavisa Jokanovic at Fulham.

Fulham FC has fired manager Slavisa Jokanovic. They have replaced him with former Leicester City manager Claudio Ranieri.

The Cottagers owner fired the manager after a series of bad results. They are currently sitting at the bottom of the Premier League table with five points from 12 games.

The Londoners have sealed a year-long contract with the Italian manager.

“Making adjustment without having the precise solution or succession plan was not an option,” said Fulham chairperson Shahid Khan.

“Having a best manager like Claudio accepting our request is not only crucial but also what we needed.” Khan added on.

“He is risk-free and already accustomed to the Premier League. He is with no doubt what we need at Fulham.”

“It’s pretty obvious that we are welcoming an extraordinary football manager to Fulham Football Club. He has had a fabulous season at Leicester and an outstanding performance at Chelsea.” Khan emphasized
