A 26- year-old Kenyatta University student from Bomet County committed suicide after love turned sour.

The student was married with a two-year-old son said he had opted to kill himself over marital wrangles.

He had also written a book to document all the problems.

Confirming the incident, the area chief Edward Barusei said the wife to the deceased had never given him peace.

“His wife has been disturbing him so much and had reached the elastic limit. He left a suicide note telling his plight,” Barusei said.

The suicide note further pleaded with his family to take care of his son.
