CECAFA championship coordinators have suspended Harambee Stars Coach Francis Kimanzi.

Kimanzi will miss Kenya’s matches against Sudan (Tuesday) and Zanzibar (Saturday) at the ongoing Cecafa championship in Kampala, Uganda.

The coach is blamed for chasing away the official from the changing room minutes before Harambee Stars played Tanzania’s Kilimanjaro Stars.

The Kenyan team has likewise been blamed for vandalizing the changing room and delaying kick off of the game by 10 minutes.

Stars’ assistant coach Zedekiah Otieno will take brief charge in the absence of Kimanzi.
