Royal Media Services roasted over ‘pigwa jeki’ promotion

Kenyan leading broadcaster, Royal Media Services (RMS) has since the weekend bore the brunt of seemingly bitter Kenyans.

RMS which runs Citizen TV, Radio Citizen and more than 10 other vernacular radio stations, received a backlash from a section of social media users who claimed the company has been conning them through ‘Pigwa jeki’ promotion.

In a Facebook group run by one of the company’s employees, Kenyans said they have had enough of the ‘fraud’, with some threatening to dumb the company.

Here are some of the reactions:

This is the last thing I will ever do, this robbery without violence.
