KTN’s ‘Baba Junior’ stabbed to death

Reports reaching our desk say actor Jamal Nassor famously known as ‘Baba Junior’ died on Tuesday night.

He capitulated to knife injuries he sustained amid a party in a hotel situated in Syokimau, Machakos County.

Eyewitness reports say Jamal quarelled with a female acquintance and was stabbed in the ensuing fight.

Jamal was a lead performing artist in the most popular drama series called ‘Junior’ that airs each Sunday at 7:30pm on KTN Home TV.

“We are saddened to learn about the tragic death of Jamaal Nassor. He was a versatile actor and previously starred in the ‘Junior’ TV series, playing the role of Baba Junior. Our prayers go out to his family and friends at this difficult moment,” said KTN Managing Director, Joe Munene.

Jamal won ‘Best Perfomance’ in a Comedy Award during the 2017 Kalasha Awards.

Baba Junior also acted in a court drama series, Vioja Mahakamani that airs on KBC television.
