AFC Leoaprds coach Andre Casa Mbungo has said he has given AFC Leopards a 15-day notice to settle his salary arrears.

The Rwandan coach added that if that won’t be conceivable, he will have no choice but to quit.

This comes after reports emerged on Saturday alleging that Casa Mbungo has left the club due to unpaid salary throughout the previous five months.

Speaking on Sunday, he said he will leave the club if the circumstance remains the same.

“I have handed a 15-day notice that if the situation will not improve, I will have to leave. I am planning to go home if I do not get my pay within those days,” Mbungo said as quoted by Goal.

The Leopards have been going through monetary hitches and players, together with the technical staff have not been paid for the most recent few months.

Some of the key players have already exited that club due to unsettled dues. These include midfielders Tresor Ndikumana and Vincent Habamahoro, forward Ismailia Diarra and defender Soter Kayumba who has already joined APR of Rwanda.
