A high school teacher in Bonchari, Kisii County is enduring an onslaught after he supposedly uncovered a form 3 young lady and utilized her skirt to whip her and other students.

Local people say that the instructor whose personality couldn’t be disclosed promptly commited the offensive act on Thursday.

“It is sad for the teacher attached to Botoro to undress the girl in public and used the skirt to whip her. This is unacceptable. We are demanding immediate disciplinary action be taken against the rogue teacher,” said Magato.

As indicated by the victim’s mother, her little girl walked home half stripped, wearing her slips as it were.

“I have followed up the matter with the school authorities but, my efforts have hit a wall since no teacher in the school is willing to give an explanation why my daughter was stripped naked and walked home without her body fully covered. Justice must be done,” said Nyaboke.

The girl’s mother appealed to Interior Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang’i with the goal that the educator can be arrested to face arraignment.
