Goons storm UDA offices, demand payment for heckling Raila at Burma market

Reports have alleged that several goons have stormed the offices of DP Ruto linked United Democratic Alliance offices.

The reports were first announced by self-proclaimed Tanga Tanga spokesman Dennis Itumbi who alleged that the goons have been hired by Suna East Member of Parliament Junet Mohamed and nominated MP Maina Kamanda.

According to Itumbi, the goons had been paid by the former and latter to ask for payment after they heckled ODM leader Raila Odinga on Wednesday while he visited Burma Market.

“Maina Kamanda and Junet Mohammed recall your Goons. Hio ni siasa ya 1980s. Ati goons at UDA offices, demanding their pay for telling Raila Odinga they support the Wheelbarrow Movement at Burma Market. Good people learn to Embrace the truth, ukweli itakuwa mob sana. Those games will not work, ” read Itumbi’s statement.

On Wednesday, ODM leader Raila Odinga visited Burma market where he grubbed lunch and drummed up support for the BBI report. While making his speech, the special AU envoy faced a rough time after a group of people heckled him, chanting DP Ruto’s name and flunking wheelbarrows on him.

A section of Tanga Tanga leaders were impressed by the heckling and took the opportunity to claim that it was a clear indication that Kenyans no longer want Raila and that DP William Ruto is the man of the moment.
