CS Eugene speaks on inheritance tassle with late brother’s children

Devolution Cabinet Secretary Eugene Wamalwa has come out to dismiss reports that him and the children to his late brother Former Vice President Michael Wamalwa Kijana are battling over the late’s property.

The CS has termed the whole story as fake.

According to two of Wamalwa’s children, Michelle Wamalwa and Duke Mboya, allege that Eugene conspired with other family members to baffle them as they sought to depose them from their dad’s home.

The CS has, in any case, said that the issue is in court and bothered parties should sit tight for the decision as opposed to mudslinging him and other relatives.

The two said that the endeavors to benefit from their late parents’ profits was worthless after the relatives led by Eugene showed interest in the property.
