The 1998 KPL giants AFC Leopards are pleased to announce the signing of Congolese holding midfielder Fabrice Mugheni from Rwanda National Football League Side Rayon Sports.

Kakule who is former Police FC and Kiyovu Sports Club star midfielder, joins Ingwee on a 2 years deal that will End in 2022. He previously featured for Congo DRC Under 17an 20 sides. Leopards officials have confirmed Fabrice will put on jersey number 17.
