Two people passed on and three others were injured on Sunday morning following a head-on impact between a Probox vehicle and a fuel truck at Gwa Kariba area on the Mwea — Embu expressway in Kirinyaga County.

As per traffic cops, the Probox was transporting miraa from Nairobi to Embu while the truck was heading to Nairobi.

Region occupants ascribed the collition with the sharp curve at the Mwea expressway.

The injured were raced to the Embu Level Five Hospital while bodies of the perished were moved to the same hospital’s mourge.
